Uptown Tower is preparing for commissioning and attracting buyers of luxury real estate

In terms of the number and height of skyscrapers, Dubai occupies a leading position in the world. The Uptown Tower skyscraper is another “gem” in the extensive collection of the metropolis. It is a project of one of the largest developers in the region, the DMCC company. So far, 68 floors have been erected, which equals a height of 260 meters. According to Ahmed Bin Sulayem, executive director of DMCC, there are only 80 meters left until the end of the project. At the same time, finishing work is underway, so far covering the first 45 floors. They cover both exterior and interior finishes. Electrical wiring, water supply, transformers are installed.

A total of 78 floors are planned for the building. It sits next to the JLT cluster. The skyscraper will include branded residences, a luxury hotel complex, conference rooms and offices. The entire building complies with environmental safety requirements and has an energy efficiency certificate. Increased activity is observed on commercial organizations that want to rent premises in a building that has not yet been commissioned. The residential part of the skyscraper is no less in demand. DMCC is positioning the skyscraper as an iconic one, having received the status of the first tallest tower in the entire district. Apartment owners will be able to use a wide range of amenities provided by the developer, as well as round-the-clock service.
